Cancellation Policy:
To retain a class and avoid a fee, all cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations must be made on your account page (www.classtivity.com/passport/account or www.classtivity.com/class-pass/account)
If you do not arrive on time and/or have not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, the class provider is not obligated to permit you into the class, activity or other service you have purchased. You will forfeit your purchase price, with no entitlement to any refund or credit.
Additionally, if you miss a class or cancel a class less than 24 hours before the class time, you may be subject to a $20 no-show fee or a $20 late-cancel fee.
Except as otherwise expressly provided above or unless Classtivity states in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable.
Venue Liability Release:
By signing up for and/or attending classes, activities, and other programs through the Classtivity Passport and/or Class Pass, you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers with each class and at each facility.
In consideration of being allowed to participate in and access the classes and facilities provided in the Classtivity Passport and/or Class Pass, you hereby (1) agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities, (2) Waive, release and forever discharge Classtivity, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives and all class providers participating in the Passport and/or Class Pass from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in and use of the classes and facilities, and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending and/or using any of the classes and facilities, and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so.
Further, I understand that Classtivity, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives and all class providers participating in the Passport and/or Class Pass are in no way responsible for the safe keeping of my personal belongings.
I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved with physical activity, and I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any event offered by Classtivity, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives and all class providers participating in the Passport and/or Class Pass. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or dangers, known or unknown that I might incur while participating in any program offered by, at, or in coordination with the Classtivity Passport and/or Class Pass. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim for any injury that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program. I, my heir or legal representative forever release, waive and covenant not to sue or make any claims of any kind whatsoever against Classtivity, its officers, agents, members, employees, representatives and all class providers, affiliates or members for any property damage or loss, injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I agree that Classtivity and the venues participating in the Classtivity Passport and/or Class Pass may film, videotape and photograph me, and record my voice, conversation and sounds, including any and all physical activity, during and in connection with my voluntary appearance(s) and that Classtivity and the venues shall be the exclusive owner of such results and the proceeds of such taping, photography and recording with the right to copyright, use, and license others to use in any manner.
I understand that this release covers all classes that I take through the Classtivity Passport in addition to any future class I take at any of the participating studios, whether booked through Classtivity or not.
I have read the above release and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
