Our Signature Class! A total body fusion class charged for power. This session will incorporate hybrid principles of Pilates to work your intrinsic muscles, combined with circuit training techniques to fire your extrinsic muscles. We move at a brisk pace to achieve cardiovascular endurance and stamina. Be prepared to sweat. This high-energy class will work multiple muscles at a time as well as challenges your balance and flexibility.LAB Alert! Dumbbells and our unique Jump board may be incorporated in our signature LAB5 Power Reformer class for a more hybrid and PlyoMetric Training (training designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and improve the functions of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance).Our specific and custom designed LAB5Reformer Machine will be utilized. **Prior Reformer experience is highly recommended. Space is limited to 10 LAB5 community members.
This is an equipment circuit: Reformer, Chair, GTS, TRX and Wall system. It assumes previous experience on the equipment. This class differs from the L2 Circuit because the 'circuit' will start right at the beginning of class without a warm up sequence
In these challenging and athletic Vinyasa Yoga classes, poses are linked together and synced with the breath. We flow through the asanas connecting each sequence with a vinyasa. This keeps the body warm and engaged throughout the practice. This is beautiful, dynamic style of flow Yoga that maintains a playful and dance-like quality. There is no set sequence and each teacher brings his/her own style. Many of the classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow. Most classes are all levels or levels are indicated on the schedule.

Small Group Training (SGT) gives you the benefits of working with a coach at a great value. SGT has a maximum of 6 people per session and includes a progressively structured program designed to burn calories and build lean body mass.
Immerse your senses in a musically driven group fitness class. The Mashup, designed by Bassline, offers 40 Spinning bikes, 12 non-motorized Woodway treadmills, 10 Krankcycles and two rowers. Each person will have his/her own spin bike for the duration of the class but may move from one piece of equipment to the next after each song. In one 60-minute class you will have the opportunity to Ride, Run, Krank and Row, working different muscle groups and challenging the body in different ways. You can choose to mix up this class in any way you feel fit. If you feel like running the whole class go for it! If you feel like staying on your bike that's great too! The front of the room will feature two large video screens to provide visual entertainment and inspiration. The instructor will integrate music videos and other sources of inspiration into the playlist. Class is open to all fitness levels.
